I don't profess to be a great cook - precision cooking isn't my speciality - but flavours are and so I tend to make soups and casseroles that every boyfriend I've had has raved about. My recipes are simple and idiotproof - a bit like me!

Mediterranean - particularly Greek - although I've no idea how to make them - perhaps I ought to try looking them up on this site!
