I'm very excited of having joined recipezaar. I moved away from home in South America when I was 18 and came all the way to England where I had to cook for myself. Instead of buying ready meals, I decided to brush up my culinary skills and try to cook simple & healthy meals with a lot of taste.
I've found other recipe websites to throw back results with recipes that are complicated or that include ingredients not all of us have at home, and I'd rather do practical cooking - for special recipes I've got my own cookbooks.
Expect to find easy to follow recipes that taste great and don't take to long to make!

Favorite Foods:

Sushi and japanese food in general, lasagna - especially seafood lasagna, paella, jungle curry, mussel chowder and ceviche.
Of course I love all foods and like many many more.
