Originally from Thunder Bay, Ont. Canada. Now living in St. Paul, MN. My favorite cookbooks are by the great Justin Wilson, who, I had the pleasure of meeting in the early 90's while vacationing in Louisiana. Sadly, Justin is not with us anymore, but, his great cooking legacy lives on!!!

My favorite cuisine is Cajun, but, I also enjoy Italian and many other styles of cooking. My most favorite dish asked for by my friends is "Dirty Rice".
