hi! i enjoy the process of cooking, the experience and company in the kitchen. i see food as something that brings people together(heck, once a year you spend time with people you cant stand over dry trukey) and i love the intamacy of making food for the people you love. you have to know what they like, what they dont like, all the particulars. to me its so much more than measuring
