A little while ago I desired to take up bread baking for a second time. The first time I used recipes I found that looked interesting. This time my first purpose is to create only healthy breads and as much as is reasonable to deemphasize over-used ingredients.
Defining healthy I will use only whole grains, balance the amino acids and use no imitation foods (trans-fat, artificial sweeteners, etc), devitalized foods (white flour, refined sugar, etc), or irritants (caffeine, black pepper, etc). Defining over-used ingredients as wheat and soy beans.
As I perfect recipes I will post them here. I hope these recipes will be a blessing to those seeking out healthy alternatives to the standard lifestyle.
