Public health physician working in disaster sites all over the world. I get to experience all kinds of international food at the village level. Love to cook in my off time on the ranch at home.

My wife loves to farm and I love to cook, so we each do what makes us happy at home. I cook off the cuff with the ingredients at hand and rarely make the same thing twice in the same way. Variety IS the spice of life.
