Hot-n-spicy! One of my mottos: If it isn't hot-n-spicy, it isn't worth eating. I've found that you can tweak just about any recipe to make it hot-n-spicy, and make it a kick ass dish of your own. I bow down to Thai chili peppers, they are a major staple in our home!
