about me

I am 30 and I live in downtown Phoenix. I love hiking in the desert and I am on the go a lot. Most days I cook for my boyfriend and I, and I am always on the look out for foods I can freeze or reheat for multiple nights. I enjoy cooking but am terrible at following recipes - I often use them just to get the gist of an entree. Also we don't eat much meat, so most of what I cook is vegetarian and full of veggies.
