about me

I have been unemployed for the past two years and I am enjoying being a stay-at-home mom!!
I have 5 children, three girls ages 16,14, & 7 and two boys, ages 12 and 10. As you can probably imagine, it is quite a challenge cooking for this crowd! Just keeping everyone's likes and dislikes straight is a full time job!!
I enjoy cooking very much. I am always looking for new recipes to try, Asian and
Mexican are my favorites.
I also cross stitch and recently became interested in quilting.
