I've been cooking, and baking since I was 7 yrs. old. I've learned most of my cooking, and baking skills from my mother who cooked, and baked for over 75 yrs. She was from Pennsylvania Dutch country, so most of what she cooked or baked was either Pennsylvania Dutch, or Amish.
Lobster. I like just about anything with chicken in it. Steak and mashed potatoes.
