Eat, drink, be merry! I rarely miss a meal, but I think SlimFast is a great substitute, too. My specialty is leftovers. I go through the fridge and come up with amazing, unrepeatable concoctions. You name it, I can stir fry it. And when the weather is warm, three words say it all: B - B - Q !!!
