about me

I really like making breads and desserts.
The family really likes eating what I make. The home economics class I took in 8th grade paid off in the long run. I only took the class to get close to the girls, or that is what I thought.

Favorite Foods:

I love to eat! I will eat anything but sea urchins (yuk).

I am the cook of the family, the wife can burn toast. It took me 10 years to teach her how to cook chili in the microwave so she didn't burn it

Favorite food: Rumpsteak mit Zwiebel (Steak with onions) and Garlic Mashed Potato.
