I'm fairly new to the world of cooking and baking but have become very fond of it. I love trying new recipes but my husband is allergic to almost everything so it's a challenge trying to alter some so he can eat them also.

I'm definitely a junk food junkie. I love sweets, Chinese food, seafood, Mexican, Pizza, and your all American food, such as burgers and fries.
