I am a musician with a passion for cooking. Aside from music and hockey, cooking would have to be my third biggest 'vice'. Nothing is better than cooking a delicious meal that you and other people can enjoy.

Favorite Foods:

I love pretty much anything Italian. I'd eat pasta and sauce everyday if I had the time to make it.

I love to just take a day off and make a great sauce. I've never made the same sauce twice and I always take a good 4-5 hours when preparing them.
