about me

My family is not known for good cooks. I intend to change that! I am always looking for great lighter dishes for two, since it's just the BF and myself and I am trying to start a healthy new lifestyle. I am also teaching myself how to bake, which can be difficult since I am not a precise or patient person. My other passion in life is animals. I love animals of any kind and I own 3 guinea pigs and 2 rats. I also volunteer at my local Humane Society in my spare time.

Ice cream is my kryptonite! I have a raging sweet tooth, but I'm learning to appreciate veggies.
