i live right on the beach on the gorgeous Sunshine Coast in QLD, australia.
in my spare time i love surfing, hanging out at the beach, catching up with friends and adding to my masssiiiivvveee music collection.

I'm a pretty healthy eater but i like trying different things to cook for my family.
i love cooking italian, mexican and thai BUT i especially love baking
my specialties are cheesecakes, cupcakes as well as any pasta dishes or pizzas.
