I am a Cajun girl who now lives in Florida. I just started working as a secretary after 3 years of being a stay at home mom. Cooking is my passion & I love trying out new recipes. Most people assume that I cook alot of Cajun dishes, but I enjoy cooking a little bit of everything. My kids and husband love trying out new dishes & are very sad when I decide to take the night off & order out. I don't do it very often since cooking is one of my favorite hobbies & I hate to see them sad.

Favorite Foods:

Being raised in Louisiana & now living in Florida, seafood is a staple in our home. I love all kinds, especially shell fish. I try not too fry alot of foods, because they are fattening, but I never omit rich tasty ingredients due to fat content.
