I live in central Illinois. I love to collect new recipes and try them out. I have a 6 year old and work part time outside of the house so I try to find easy recipes but on my days off I try more elaborate ones.

I love pasta and shellfish. My family likes pretty much anything I make. I love desserts and enjoy making different types of cheesecake.
