I am a jack of all trades currently working as a Data Liaison. Food, Photography, and Kendo are my passions. I graduated with a degree in Cultural Anthropology from Ohio State University (Mich. grads, please don't judge me too harshly). Korean and Indian foods are my favorites. Alyson, my wife, and I tend to be on a first name basis with the local restaurant staff. When I want to learn a to make a new dish, I will use recipes out of several cookbooks. We will critique them and then I will tweak them so they are just perfect.
Like I said before, I love Indian and Korean food. That is not to say that I don't love Indonesian, Japanese, Thai, Pakistani, Italian, ... well let's just say I love food. I enjoy eating it, making it, learning about it and it's history.
I can't name one favorite restaurant so I have narrowed it down to three. In Columbus, Ohio, I love the Taj Mahal, Indian restaurant, and Handke's Cuisine, world class global cuisine. In Tucson, AZ, the Korea House in hands down my favorite.
