I live in The Garden State of New Jersey. I am a single Mom with 4 young children. We all enjoy the Jersey Shore, Amusement Parks, and a good Winter Storm. I love all foods, and I love finding more ways to prepare them. I often experiment with flavors and to my delight I often find a new winning combination. My favorite foods are mostly Barbeque, although I do enjoy all types of seafood.
