I live in Southern California. I am fortunate enough to have a Meyer lemon tree, and use at least one or two daily!

Favorite Foods:

I love all food, but enjoy healthy vegetable and pasta dishes most of all (love those carbs!) I always am looking for new and delicious ways to prepare veggies, pasta, and grains. I especially like to use my pressure cooker, and collect pressure cooker cookbooks.
