about me

I'm a 40 year old woman with a semi-new husband of 3 years and kids that are 21(i can't believe it! am i really old enough?)
and 14. I own a hair and nail salon. I'm the "nail girl". It seems when I met my husband 6 years ago was about the time when I really started getting into cooking and trying new things. Now, i've always "cooked" for my kids, but this is something different. I've been really cooking up a storm, and truly loving it! It feels real good when you make something new and someone says "this is wonderful!" I have also found that being in the kitchen is very soothing for me. I'll stay in the kitchen for 2 hours making something like salsa when I could of easily just opened a jar. I feel I put alot of love into my cooking. I'm sure my kids will appreciate one of these days!
