I live by the coast in Sydney Australia, so spend any free time at the beach with my dogs.
I enjoy travelling and always try all the local food. I keep a travel diary which is full of recipes from around the world. You can always strike up a conversation with passionate foodies!

I enjoy cooking for family & friends, though Sydney seems to be more a "going out to dinner" city.

Being by the coast I cook a lot of fish & seafood. Friends and family are always requesting my paella. I have several paella pans to serve 4 people up to my largest which quiet easily feeds 16 people.
