I'm a grandmother living in Norway. I work full time as an accountant. Love to travel, cook and visit with friends and family. My favorite cookbooks must be "Rick Stein's Seafood Odyseey" and "The Louisiana new Garde". I just love those 2.
If I had a month to myself I would travel to Nepal, the foothills of Himalaysa or Yemen, I think.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite food to cook is absolutely seafood. For many years I shunned away from it, but I got some really good cook-books on the subject, and just dived in !
My favorite restaurant in USA is "Brigtsen's" in New Orleans.
