A vegan who loves non-vegan tasting vegan food! I search high and low for recipes that taste great, with ingredients that are low in sugar, fat and cholestoral. I'm vegan not just for heath, but also for sustainability--organics and no meat is certainly the most sustainable diet I can think of, aside from going entirely vegan organic raw. I'm a student at Art Center College of Design and I'm an aspiring sustainable environmental designer.
