I am the mother of two wonderful boys, Henry and Thomas. I am married to Michael who must be a saint for not only loving me but eating anything I make! I have lived in England for 9 years but I am a Canadian through and through. I was a teacher until Nov 2007 when I left to have Thomas and become an at home mom.

Favorite Foods:

Just about anything involoving Chocolate! I also love pasta and rice. I try to eat healthy as I have two children who I don't want to grow up addicted to junk food. Now that I am at home it is much easier to cook and make sure we all eat healthy.
