I'm a student at Seattle Pacific U. I absolutely love seattle, even though I was born and raised in sunny southern california. I have joined this online cooking community for support on eating gluten free. I've never been tested for Celiac's, but I know that wheat does not mingle well with my body. Since my mom is a gourmet cook, I'm hoping that cooking runs in my veins.
