I live north of Philadelphia in North Wales, PA. I am a single mother of two girls 12 & 10 who keep me very busy with gymnastics. I am always on the go and need recipe ideas that are quick and simple. I love to cook, but love baking more. I really don't have a favorite cookbook or recipe because I always adapt the recipes to fit my needs. I love baking for family and friends and watching them destroy their diets indulging in delictable sweets!

Favorite Foods:

My all time favorite is meatloaf and mashed potatoes with gravy - YUM! Macaroni and Cheese and Chinese food are my second favorites.

I love all cakes and cookies and love baking. I am famous for my chocolate chip cookies.
