Hi my name is Pam and Cassie really is my dog. My Dear Heart Joe and I are planning an August 2004 wedding. So I don't know if I will remain Cassiesmydog or become Mrs. Dear Heart. I began cooking at the age of 6, by my choice. I have always loved cooking and trying new recipes. I also hoard recipes and cookbooks. I like to figure out what is in my favorite restaurant foods. I am pretty good at that. My friends and family will take me out to taste their newest favorite restaurant find so that i can re-create it for them at home.
My family owns a small business and 3 generations work there. It is really cool to see my parents, sis and nieces almost every day. I also like to paint and garden. Joe and I love to go gold panning, fishing and boating. Cassie likes to go along for the ride too
