I'm a student at the University of Alabama studying Social Work and Portuguese. I love cooking, though it can be an expensive hobby with a college student's budget.

Favorite Foods:

Ethnic foods, especially Middle Eastern. My favorite thing to make is this stew called Melokhia over rice. I also make Baklava and a really good date cookie called Maamoul (both are from the Middle East). I don't quite have a repertoire yet, but I am trying new recipes every week.
