I find myself in the kitchen baking because I can. Comfort is found in a full belly of a laughing child. I have published many a recipe through cooking contests. Although I own probably 100 cook books, they are only used as reference and I do enjoy reading them to no end.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite meals are old fashoned comfort foods that grandma made. Her recipies are the only ones I follow to the "T". I do enjoy my steak med-rare with lots of salt.
