Yoga and Meditation teacher. I also help manage a family owned/operated healthfood store in Denver. My favorite cookbook is my own collection of recipes, most of which came from Gourmet Magazine from ~1990-1995, as well as many from home econ classes...not a looser in the bunch!

I LOVE any ethnic food, Indian and Thai being favorites.

My son is 7 and after having seen Ratatouille swears he wants to be a chef. We both love spending time together in the kitchen!
