My husband is a professor at the University of Alabama ,and I am a high school teacher. I love to cook and try out new recipes. My husband and I travel a lot so we like to make many different ethnic dishes.

Favorite Foods:

I love to cook pot roast. Give me a good pot roast and I have my comfort food. My favorite ethnic foods are anything Mexican or Indian. I really love experimenting with curry and feta cheese.
