I love to cook, and I tend to gravitate toward Italian and Mexican. I love food network and Rachael Ray, but I tend to modify her recipes. I don't cook any seafood because my boyfriend hates it...but sometimes I sneak in a bit of shrimp here and there for myself!

Favorite Foods:

Pesto, pasta, sweets of any kind. I'm famous for my nacho cheese dip, my Italian chicken, my soda roast, cheesy potatoes, roast beef enchiladas, sugar cookies, low-fat pudding desserts, salsa chicken, onion chicken, and chimichungas.
