about me

I found this site in January after I recieved a wok for Christmas. I was looking for fun Asian recipe and I couldn't believe how many great recipes I have found here! What a great site! I call myself Midnight Chef because I always seem to get a REALLY late start on dinner and we eat far too late. My girlfriend and I live in an apartment and recently got a puppy. I work a normal 9-5 and when I get home the puppy is ready to play! So by the time my girlfriend gets home from class and I finally have a chance to cook it is pretty late!

Favorite Foods:

Good old American hamburgers, pretty much anything on the grill, Sesame Chicken and of course pizza. I also enjoy breakfast pretty much any time of the day. I am very open and willing to try anything at least once. Unless it has mushrooms, I have a little allergy problem with mushrooms.
