A keen cook for years and years, I'm just getting the hang of cooking on a solid fuel stove (a Rayburn) after 2 1/2 years! We live in a rural location and try to produce our own food as much as possible.
This includes, venison, goat meat, geese and lots of different vegetables. We are currently working our way through a tonne of leeks.
I love Indian food and get a real kick out of anything that we produced ourselves. Recently I have been developing low fat, healthy recipes.
