I enjoy trying new recipes for my two children and as of recently, my new fiancee! He is amazed that we have a new recipe probably four nights out of seven (thanks to the wonderful Recipezaar Chefs)! He calls it 'mystery food' because he never knows what he's coming home to!

My two kids are adventurous eaters, which makes it so nice for me! My heart bursts with pride sometimes when our guests exclaim as they watch my 8- & 10-year olds eat sauted mushrooms, tapinade, tarragon tuna melts, tortilla soup, etc.!

Favorite Foods:

My mojito recipe - took months to perfect (hic!). Flank steak marinade. Fettucine Alfredo. Neighborhood kids love my biscuits.
