My passion the force that drives me is cooking, tasting, and developing great food.
I work as a cook for Marriott. My favorite cookbook changes all the time. I would say that most of my most prized recipes come from my family of course. Biggest pet peeve is being unorganized in the kitchen.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite dish to cook is just a great juicy tender roast au jus.
I love to cook fresh, simple, slow, foods.
I would love to believe that I am famous for cooking lots of dishes, though since I am not I will pass on that.
My favorite restaurant in Norman is T.E.A. (The East Asian) Cafe.
