Cooking has always interested me, although i never really did much of it until this past year. I recently got married in July and now have a wonderful man to cook for. He is a meat eater, Iam only a chicken eater. so finding dishes to satisfy us both is somewhat of a challenge. I am trying to branch out in my cooking a bit. I have never cooked chicken until about a week ago, I got a parmeasan breaded chicken on here from gracielle and it was great. It grosses me out but my husband wanted it and he wasnt here to help. I will try to cook more chicken soon.
I love to cook different pasta dishes and caseroles. But there are many things I would love to learn how to make. I try to make as many low fat meals as i can. I do not enjoy baking so I just dont do it. i think it has a lot to do with the fact that in baking you have to be real precise with the ingredients, and I can never get it right. Alot of my recipes that I post might be a little off on the ingredients because when i cook, I just kinda throw in whatever I feel like at the moment, that is why I enjoy it so much.
