about me

I live in Eastern Canada. I moved here from Ontario in 2001 with my husband.

Since then we have added to our family. Our Son was born in July 2005 and our lives have been turned upside down. He's such a blessing!

I love to cook (and eat!), read, surf the net, play PC games, scrapbook, and lots of other things. I guess I'm a gal with many interests.

Favorite Foods:

I love to cook casseroles (anything with cheese). I find casseroles are the easiest thing to make on busy days. Plus, who can argue with comfort food??

The only thing I can think of that I dislike is olives. It's the taste... like dirty socks or something. Yuck!

My favorite fast food is Taco Bell (yeah, I know, don't say it). I ate it a lot as a teenager and since I moved away from Ontario there isn't a Taco Bell near me. I crave the gross stuff. Take some pity on me and send me some!!!
