I live in Woodbury Minnesota. I'm a mother of 3 boys, 20, 17 and 8. I am also a liscensed psychologist, and work on-call in a group theray program. I also have started substitute teaching at my 8 year old's school. I love reading, cooking, going to the YMCA and being with friends. I am a fan of buying old cookbooks at auctions....those put out by schools and churches. They have some of the best recipes!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods to cook are actually vegetarian and asian food. However, living with 4 men who are carnivores, I tend to make a lot of meat, pasta and chicken. My current claim to fame is making martinis and fun drinks out by the pool!
