This is where I am suppose to talk about myself. Well for starters I live in Wisconsin. I have enjoyed cooking, baking, ect. for most of my life and I am only 26. (kinda old huh?)lol. I remember calling my grandmother up when I was younger to ask her how to make something and she would walk me through what to do. I was the only person in my class that knew about cooking before entering home economic in school. When I was at the young age of 15 I started putting together a cookbook of family recipes. I managed to get a big cookbook with the help of family and friends that sumitted recipes. As some of the older people know, it's hard getting recipes from the older generation as they cooked from memory. There were recipes left behind because of this, but some were saved. The cookbook went over so well with friends and family that I decide to do another book of recipes that didn't make it in the 1st book. So at 18 I published my second cookbook. Pretty young to be taking on a task like that, but I didn't want to lose recipes from my background. (oh and I didn't get help) I talked to the publishing company and the whole nine yards)
I love making cheesecake! Any new cheesecake recipes never go un-noticed! Cheesecake is what I am famous for, people are always looking forward to my new creations. Favorite restaurant, anything besides fast food or as I call it "fat food". I like the home cooking family restaurant. Where I live now, there is only one in the city. It's hard to find a good restaurant you enjoy, but when you do watch out.. MMMMMMmmmmm
