I live in the "Icebox of the nation". It is the middle of February and we are going on the 5th week of about -20 degree weather! I am a pre-school teacher. I like to garden and read and of course--cook. My favorite cookbook is the Taste of Home magazine. I have almost all of the issues ever made.

I don't really have a favorite dish to cook. I have many favorites. My family's favorite is Beef Stroganoff.
