I'm a 59 year old male that loves cooking. I enjoy trying new recipes and my 20 year old son likes helping. We enjoy all kinds of foods - especially fish and mexican dishes. I am on a low fat and low cholesterol diet, so I always search out those recipes first, and then add my personal touches to them. Would love to hear from other guys that enjoy cooking.

Favorite Foods:

Love all kinds of foods and enjoy experimenting with different spices. I'm known for my soups and mexican dishes, but have recently tried some chinese and thai meals. My favorite restaurant is Cheddar's. They have the best BBQ ribs that I've ever had (outside of Tennessee of course).
