Love cooking i was trained in the army and i have wandered in and out of cooking as a career but have always cooked at home & worked on numerous private dinner parties.
I am at the moment starting a business making homemade relishes, pickles and chutneys. So any tips from fellow members would be more than welcome especially with unusual recipes. And i hope to pass on any advice or help that i am able to. I love experimenting with recipes.
I love mediteranean food Greek as well as Italian and Spanish.I like Indian food, chinese and Thai.I would cook and eat any food from all over the world love it!
