I've have studied and trained professionaly
for 9 months at the French Culinary back in 2000. I've have since then started my own catering side business since completing my certificate program. I've have been cooking
all my life and hope to persue other ventures in the culinary field.

My favorite foods and or recipes:
Spain,Italy and most recently India.
My favorite dish to cook is Oxtail Stew.
My most famous dish is Paella, It's a hit
with my family.
I really don't have one particular favorite resturant. I live in New York so I a have the good fortune of exploring different resturants and of course our famous hotdog stands. Having fun for me is cooking with my family....
