I am a stay-at-home mom who loves to try out new recipes. They're like science experiments! My little boy is incredibly picky, so I'm constantly trying to find something he will eat. My all time favorite cookbook is "The Ultimate Southern Living Cookbook" but I prefer Recipezaar a billion times over that!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite dish to cook is anything with sugar in it! I am a hopeless sweetaholic! I am famous for my cookies and jambalaya and I have been known to make a mean zucchini bread. My favorite restaurant is IHOP, (don't laugh. I love their pancakes! It's a carb thing!)
