about me

I've lived in Battle Creek, Mi. all my life. My wife is from New Orleans. She is a Baker at a local hospital.
I'm a firefighter of 30 yrs. Ready to retire. I'm going through a mid life crisis in which I have an extreme desire to cook and bake.
I enjoy cooking for friends and family.
My pet peeve is a messy kitchen, but I'm not fanatical.
We camp alot, which allows me to cook for our many guests.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods are grilled and healthly. I'm a two time heart attack survivor and want to keep it that way (survivor).
That doesn't mean that I don't stray from time to time.
I love Indian and Middle Eastern foods, but a good steak and/or chicken meal will not be turned down.
