I am a lazy cook who likes to eat well - anything that can be thrown together in one pot is excellent. I love using fresh herbs from the garden, and am a fledgling vegetable gardener (so any tips very welcome).
My fav authors are Jill Dupleix and Maggie Beer.

Favorite Foods:

I don't have a favorite food - much too greedy for that - but I do have a weakness for chocolate cake and home-made soup.
I wish I could cook better sponges.
