about me

I am passionate about my husband & 2 boys. I enjoy making Honduran foods, as that is where my husband is from. But, my real passion is making easy recipes, that don't look easy. I especially enjoy baking for my family. I am known for my "Tres Leche Cake" which is a spanish 3 milk cake. My fav restaurant is, of course, Texas Roadhouse, which is well known for it's homemade sides, fresh baked bread & hand cut steaks. I may be partial as I am the Local Store Marketing Coordinator for Texas Roadhouse.

Favorite Foods:

Spanish food, spagetti, anything chocolate, & comfort foods.
